I have the right to turn down a commission.
I have the right to warn other artists about you if you prove to be
difficult, rude, and/or creepy.

Edit the image or have someone else edit the image, you can come to me for fixes!!
- If you are using it simply for a cute account/icon decor where its overlayed on other elements that is fine!!

REVISIONS

I allow 3 major revisions in the sketch phase but once I begin lineart I won't make any. As for coloring I send a WIP of the flats and renders so if you don't like the shading, tones, shines, etc. you can let me know!

REDESIGNING / CHANGING OC MID COMM

If you commission me, and redesign your character/model while im working on your comm I will not make changes. Please be mindful of commissioning me if you are going to change your design soon. I do not want to put the time into a piece that will need major changes half way through!! If you need to change a design or the oc being used it needs to happen before i start the comm

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Deadlines MUST be stated while discussing the details of your comm.
I will send the final work through discord, and only through email/google drive if asked
ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES: 1 WEEK - 3 MONTHS
however incase of push backs due to life or illness issues please have wiggle room for some slight push back on a due date, UNLESS you give a deadline I do promise to communicate with you if I need more time on your commission.

If you are selling your oc/design, you are allowed to include any artwork to increase the value!I as the Artist:
Hold the right to use the work in my portfolio and advertisements.
Hold the right to sign/watermark my work to ensure I am credited.
Hold the right to blacklist anyone who breaks my TOSYou as the commissioner:
Own the art once it is paid for and completed, and to use as intended

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

All Payments are done via KO-FI !!
You must pay me first before I start on your commission. Depending on the price please state if you need a payment plan.
Plans can be 50/50 , 33/33/33 , 25/25/25/25
Depending on the totaled price. These milestone need to be paid before i finish the comm.
1st will need to be paid before i start, and the others will be paid as i work and before i give you the final pieceREFUNDS
If I have finished a commission then refunds will not be given out.
I only give refunds if the following happens:
- I have taken to long/missed (or will miss) the deadline WITH NOT PRIOR COMMUNICATION.
- You tell me you want to cancel the Comm BEFORE work has been started.
- If work has begun it will only be PARTIAL based on what I've completed. Due to this I may wait a day or two before starting after the payment is received
[Ex: im in the lineart stage, you'd get back only 50% of the payment]
- If using a payment plan Refunds are NOT doable since i will only take each payment once the work for it has begun
